Rule of Law & Liberty series.
Federalism is an essential check on government power. Without some kind of
‘federalism revival,’ a return to limited, accountable government is unlikely. Citizens
need to understand how Federalism works, why it was created, and how it plays out
in their lives in order to better defend it against those who seek to destroy it.
The second class in our Rule of Law and Liberty series, “Why Federalism Works,” will
explain our constitutional system of federalism, how the Progressives have undermined
it, and what we can do to revive the constitutional design and reestablish federalism
as a protection of our American Liberty.
